END OF A MEMORABLE TOUR
|
Adrian & Catherine SMIT, Australia
09 - 23 March 2007
We were very satisfied with the tour that you arranged for us, we could not have done it ourselves in Australia. We have seen very memorable "Sights" and we were very fortunate that we could keep up with the pace, having climbed many steps up and down to get the best views and were impressed with the beautiful Palaces, Forts and Temples.
To be driven in a comfortable car with very capable drivers, who were all very obliging, was a real pleasure. The accommodation everywhere was very good and the hotels were always in a good location, the one that stood out was in Udaipur (the Sarowar). We called Udaipur the Venice of India. The hotel in Mumbai (Suba Palace) was so close to the harbour and the Gateway of India that we did not need Mr Sunil Guwal, though he offered to take us around for the Monday morning 19th of March.
After the tour we spend another week in Goa with their beautiful beaches and Queenie took us from North to South by car and bus.
We are indeed:
"Physically Invigorated--Mentally Rejuvenated--Culturally Enriched--Spiritually Elevated"
It was a memorable trip and we will recommend it to our relatives and friends if they like to visit India, but as a suggestion the Cochin part of the trip was very trying and although we are glad that we have seen Kerala, for others it may be better to spend a little more time in Dehli, Udaipur and Mumbai in those 14 days. |
