Tenzing Hillary Everest Marathon: The 3rd Tenzing Hillary Everest Marathon, organized by Himalaya Expeditions and promoted by Nepal Tourism Board, was held on May 29, 2006 starting from Everest Base camp 5356m (17,149 feet).
